ABOUT OVERBOARD STRIDE SOCIETY
WHERE WE'VE PLAYED
Overboard Stride Society was founded by pianist Oliver Blatt. With a love of ragtime, stride, and all things feel-good music, Oliver has performed across the country, including Las Vegas, New York City, Washington DC and more. With training in both Piano Performance and Theatre Arts, his unique skill-set allows him to effortlessly provide entertainment for a wide variety of events.
Overboard Stride Society is available with just Oliver playing all your favorite rags and stride, or as a duo or full band. We're happy to work with you to provide the exact atmosphere for your next event.
And don't worry about a piano! While we love playing a good, old-fashioned, piano (that's mostly in tune!) if you don't have a piano available, we are prepared with professional equipment to make you feel like you're listening to the real thing!

Oliver and the Stride Society is available for events throughout eastern Pennsylvania.
We're always busy making music, but some of our favorite places where we've been featured include:
- Pines Dinner Theatre - We've been featured as the house band for a number of productions, but our favorite so far has been "Lucky Malone's Not So Lucky Night." Who wouldn't have fun making music in a speakeasy?
- WK&S Railroad - We're the music for their annual Harvest Moon train. Nothing beats playing ragtime and stride on an authentic, vintage train!
Oliver also makes an appearance during their annual "Rails and Ragtime" event to tickle the ivories with some stride and ragtime.
- Numerous private events, including Hotel Hershey, Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center, and more.
